ATTORNEY GENERAL v. PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION.

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the order of the Court of Appeals is vacated, and the case is remanded to that Court for plenary review of the question concerning appellate jurisdiction. If the Court of Appeals concludes that it has jurisdiction, it may proceed to consider the merits of the appeal. If it concludes that it need not hear the appeal at this juncture, it should address whether the circuit court is obligated to do so. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Jurisdiction is not retained. Court of Appeals No. 202350.
