AMENDMENT TO ORDER
On order of the Court, the Court’s order of September 28, 1999, is amended to correct a clerical error as follows: The caption is corrected to read as above and the text of the order is corrected to read as follows:

“On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court’s order of March 30, 1999, is considered, and it is DENIED, because it does not appear that the order was entered erroneously. This matter is REMANDED to the trial court for assessment of sanctions against appellant and in favor of appellees pursuant to MCR 7.316(D).”
