On order of the Court, the complaint for superintending control is treated as an application for leave to appeal from the March 21, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals and is considered. It appearing to this Court that the case of Jones v Department of Corrections, (Docket No. 120991) is pending on appeal before this Court and that the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in that case. The motions for summary disposition and for immediate consideration are considered, and they are DENIED.
