By order of June 29, 1999, the delayed application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decisions inMcJunkin v. Cellasto Plastic Corp (Docket No. 110940); Perez v.Keeler Brass Co (Docket No. 112107); and Russell v. WhirlpoolFinancial Corp (Docket No. 111255). On order of the Court, the decisions having been issued on March 29, 2000, 461 Mich. 590, 461 Mich. 602 and 461 Mich. 579 (2000), the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals, and REINSTATE the opinion and order on remand of the Workers’ Compensation Appellate Commission. Plaintiff is not entitled to continuing disability benefits. See Perez, at 614-615.
