No. 119773. Pursuant to MCR 7.302(G)(1), the clerk is to schedule oral argument on whether to grant the application or take other action permitted by MCR 7.302(G)(1). The parties shall include among the issues to be addressed whether plaintiff offered sufficient evidence that she was subjected to “conduct or communications of a sexual nature” within the meaning of MCL 37.2103(i) to avoid summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10).
