On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the August 2, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered and, it appearing to this Court that the case of Delta Airlines, Inc v City of Romulus (Docket No. 00-263925) is pending before the Tax Tribunal and that the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in that case. Plaintiff is directed to advise this Court of the decision rendered by the Tax Tribunal within 14 days of the decision.
