On order of the Chief Justice, plaintiff’s motion for an extension of the time to pay the partial fee provided for in this Court’s order of April 7, 2000, is considered and it is GRANTED. Within 42 days of the certification of this order, appellant shall pay to the Clerk of the Court the initial partial filing fee of $7.95 and in all other respects comply with the provisions of the order of April 7, 2000.
