Summary Disposition.
Pursuant to MCR 7.302(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we reverse that part of the judgment of the Court of Appeals that reversed the Oakland Circuit Court’s grant of summary disposition to the defendant regarding adult foster care services, for the reasons stated in the Court of Appeals partial dissenting opinion, and we remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings not inconsistent with this order.
