On order of the Court, the joint motions for immediate consideration and for interim reinstatement are considered. Immediate consideration is GRANTED. On joint request of the Judicial Tenure Commission examiner, the respondent judge, and counsel for the respondent, we ORDER that the respondent judge be partially reinstated for seven days, beginning seven days after the date of this order, for the sole purpose of allowing him to issue opinions, orders, or judgments in the seven cases listed in the joint motion for reinstatement.
