On order of the Chief Justice, the motion by plaintiff-appellee for an extension of time to file the brief on appeal is considered and, it appearing the brief on appeal was filed September 8, 1999, an extension of time to that date is GRANTED. The motion by plaintiff-appellee to file a brief in excess of 60 pages is also considered and it is GRANTED.
