By order of April 9, 2003, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Title Office, Inc v. Van Buren County Treasurer (Docket No. 121077-78). On order of the Court, the opinion having been issued on March 9, 2004, 469 Mich. 516 (2004), the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(G)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the December 7, 2001 order of the Court of Appeals and the May 15, 2001 order of the Washtenaw Circuit Court and REMAND this case to the Washtenaw Circuit Court for entry of an order granting summary disposition to plaintiff.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
