On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the August 13, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions should now be reviewed by this Court. This matter is REMANDED to the trial court for assessment of sanctions against appellants and in favor of appellee Frederick W. Duemling, Trustee under Revocable Living Trust UTA dated 4/4/77 pursuant to MCR 7.316(D).
