In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is vacated, and the case is remanded to that Court for reconsideration in light of Roberts v Mecosta Co Gen Hosp, 470 Mich 679 (2004). MCR 7.302(G)(1). The Court of Appeals shall further analyze whether Dr. McGrory was qualified to give an affidavit of merit under MCL 600.2912d(1) and MCL 600.2169.
