On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the April 5, 2002 decision of the Court of Appeals is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration, as on leave granted, limited to the issue whether the Wayne Circuit Court erred in denying defendants’ motion to compel arbitration of the claims pled in the complaint. We further stay all trial court proceedings during the pendency of the appeal.
