603 N.W.2d 783
No. 113464(32).Supreme Court of Michigan.
November 2, 1999.
On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court’s order of May 25, 1999, is considered, and it is DENIED, because it does not appear that the order was entered erroneously. Although the alleged error is a jurisdictional defect not subject to the prerequisites of MCR 6.508(D)(3), People v Carpenter, 446 Mich. 19; 521 N.W.2d 195 (1994), defendant’s substantive argument lacks merit because the trial court did not rely on the challenged juvenile adjudications in determining his sentence.
