(1996) and, if necessary, defendant’s other issues. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Should either party promptly attempt to file a supplemental brief, or a motion contending that a remand to the trial court for proceedings related to this Court’s decision i Mezy would promote judicial economy, the Court of Appeals is to permit such a filing. Jurisdiction is not retained.
