617 N.W.2d 330

PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. SKYLEE KITZMAN, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 111134.Supreme Court of Michigan.
June 20, 2000.

COA: 197720, Michigan, Gogebic CC: 95-290-FH.

On May 26, 1999, the case was remanded to the trial court for a hearing pursuant to People v. Pearson, 404 Mich. 698
(1979). The trial court’s opinion together with the responses of the parties having been filed, the delayed application for leave to appeal is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

Cavanagh and Kelly, JJ., would grant leave to appeal.
