We would direct further briefing on the question whether under the peculiar facts of the case the jury was prevented from reaching a rational, informed decision on the manslaughter count because of inadequate or erroneous instructions on causation and to discuss the implications of this Court’s decision in People v. Bailey, 451 Mich. 657, 676-679
(1996).
