In lieu of granting leave to appeal, that portion of the Court of Appeals judgment which remanded for an evidentiary hearing pursuant to People v Hays, 164 Mich. App. 7 (1987), is vacated. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Unlike People v Hays, the defendant and his attorney signed a plea form indicating they had reviewed the charges and were satisfied with the decision to plead guilty.
