We would reverse the Court of Appeals and reinstate the judgment of the Kent Circuit Court for the reason that in light of defense counsel’s strategic decision to withdraw his objection to the admission of the disputed evidence in order to pursue the defense of recent fabrication, the Kent Circuit Court did not err in admitting the evidence.
