On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal from the February 15, 2001 decision of the Court of Appeals and the application for leave to appeal as cross-appellant are also considered and, it appearing to this Court that the case of Wickens v OakwoodHealthcare System, et al (Docket No. 117731) is pending on appeal before this Court and that the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal and application for leave to appeal as cross-appellant, we ORDER that the applications be held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in that case.
