Summary Dispositions January 31, 1997:
In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the Worker’s Compensation Appellate Commission’s opinion and order of November 15, 1995, is vacated insofar as it addresses plaintiff’s allegations of a work-related disability. MCR 7.305(F)(1). Plaintiff has established that Eisenmenger’s syndrome, from which he suffered, was aggravated by his employment and that such aggravation caused damage to his heart and lungs. The case is remanded to the WCAC for further proceedings consistent with this order.
