The order of the Court dated May 17, 2000 remanded this case to the Court of Appeals with instructions to issue a supplemental opinion addressing two issues raised by the defendants in their application to this Court. We retained jurisdiction with respect to the application. The Court of Appeals issued its supplemental opinion on January 5, 2001.

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the August 10, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals as supplemented by the January 5, 2001 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered again, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

Taylor and Markman, JJ., would grant leave to appeal.
