In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the WCAC’s order of dismissal is vacated, and the the defendant’s petition for review is reinstated. MCR 7.302(F)(1). The automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362 apply to all creditors regardless of notice of bankruptcy proceedings.
