By order of June 27, 2000, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Lugo v Ameritech (Docket No. 112575) and Woodbury v Bruckner (Docket No. 113709). On order of the Court, the decision in Lugo v Ameritech having been issued on July 3, 2001, 464 Mich. 512 (2001) and the order in Woodbury v Bruckner having entered on July 5, 2001, 464 Mich. 875 (2001), the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Lugo v Ameritech Corp, Inc.
